If the club gets relegated and PIF are still keen why does arbitration even matter behind relegation? It won't be the premier league that want to stop it.. It'll be the EFL

Something I was thinking was that potentially the club would claim for compensation for whatever the drop in value was if its relegated and wins arbitration?
