NCUK has filed their confirmation statement. Not a major thing, but they haven't dissolved the company.

 

What dies that mean

 

It means that PIF has filed a confirmation statement for the company linked with NUFC.

 

Confirming what

 

That the company is still active.

 

We know they're buying the club if they can prove sepertion mate

We're going down potentially and if we do that'll be the end of it.

 

They are buying us regardless.

That football law article is interesting. PIF's own constitution establishes them as a separate legal entity.

Given that is written by a QC, it is very interesting.

 

Does it say which QC?

 

It doesn't. They are anonymous. It wouldn't surprise me if it is De Marco.

 

I was going to say how many sports QCs are there.

 

It is very convincing. If that is indeed the correct facts then there isn't even a case.

 

The football law was saying all this last year as well. So if it is NDM then he was saying this even before knowing the fuller details

 

Ah ha. It's Thomas Horton. Not a QC. He is a barrister with considerable experience.

 

So a barrister has confirmed PIF is separate.

Surely this PL horseshit is going to disappear in a few weeks?
