@Albert's Chip Shop @captain wrong @Darren Peacock'sPonytail @Geordieginola @Sheikh_of_Araby @the #Cans Master @magpie290761 @henley.83 @Schlem Boogerman the passenger manifest
I'm in a huff not to get a ticket # I was originally in a gang of 1 then a gang of 3 then a gang of 5 now I don't get a mention next thing you will all want me to divulge the information I get camping out at St James'
So we’ll definitely hear something in feb has now changed as well? Or is it definitely March? Or definitely if safe? Im afraid anyone still clinging on is sailing the good ship Delusional.
Arbitration is usually to with costs and settlements. Albeit in the sphere of construction, I've been involved in arbitration cases and it's normally to do with loss of monies through damage. This was never about a conclusion of a take over. MA probably wants to sue for loss of value due to the EPL being dozy idiots. Whether he wins, is anyone's guess. However I'm certain it's to recoup funds and not a sale.
@Albert's Chip Shop @captain wrong @Darren Peacock'sPonytail @Geordieginola @Sheikh_of_Araby @the #Cans Master @magpie290761 @henley.83 @Schlem Boogerman @Hung,Drawn and Quartered Latest, and updated passenger manifest to take into account Deep Throat, The Barrack Road Mole.
Silence is golden...... My guess is that Ruebens will increase their investment to 40%, Staveley 10% and PIF 50%. This will dilute any concerns.
Looks like the passenger manifest for the DFDS overnight to Holland Think I,ll wait for the cruise liners to return Been let down to many times by captains before
I don’t how you will ever leave port with @captain wrong running up and down the gangplank on a hourly basis.
So why did the prem offer arbitration before the PIF pulled out if its only ever to do with recouping monetary loss?
Just process, mate. Feb 2020, bid lodged. Mar 2020 O&D test commences. Covid pandemic hits. Delay, delay, issues of piracy, morality, etc., issue with separation of state, delay, PL can't make a decision, arbitration offered, Saudi's give up and release statement, Ashley knows his gravy train has left the station, uses NUFC as vehicle to sue for losses and expose O&D test to both recompense the club in some way and possibly clear a path for a return. The latter is now very unlikely given NUFC's perilous position and the comments from PIF about investment, so it seems this is NUFC seeking damages for losses incurred in failed sale, probs not £300m but around £20m-£30m. The consortium may or may not also return as a result.
