Saudi journalists are reporting it. One prominent figure in the Saudi Royal family has apparently tweeted it (above.)

Today is the start of the Saudi working week.

Yes. Apparently and don’t quote me on this sorting **** out. I think today might yeald some actual traction on things. The negative media has effectively just stopped over night. It’s now about “the toon can’t spend” and “ffp” and “it’s going to take time” etc.

That gives me comfort. It means the ones in the know have either been shut down. They know it’s not possible to block it. Or they have had confirmation it’s a done deal.

It's definitely going to be announced this week.

Sunday is first working day of the week for the Saudis but a strange day to announce in the western world.

Still think it'll be announced Thursday.

Imagine that moment when it happens. Then the premier league restarts. And then it will
Just be. New manager, new DoF, linked to players that we could actually buy, news of ground improvements, training upgrades, scouting networks. Oh my god!!!!!!!

I just want us to sign a player who I have actually heard of.

Imagine the inventory list they get and they read down to

Wheelie bins X 2 for ice baths
Paddling pool 12ft for team bath
