what gets me is why / how he was allowed to attend this game considering all the tests the players and staff have to go through to attend any game the owners and directors have to have the same tests done as well as reporters / ground staff / security only saying
I will have to check this out and ask if I can have a business meeting at St. James' next time I need to discuss increasing the costs for the work I do for them
He states that he had his meeting " Had a meeting with NUFC today at the emirates " " & joining them to watch the FA Cup" 2 different events ?
He would have been there for work. No doubt about it. I highly doubt a highly rated QC would willingly and publicly break the law
Plus he lives in Brighton so it’s not as if it’s on his doorstep. Hooefully he’s actually going to do some work and win us the case.
Movement is expected on Newcastle United’s arbitration case against the Premier League, of which De Marco has been instrumental, in the coming weeks. And those connected to the deal are hopeful it will reach a positive outcome in the not too distant future.
Standby for a Luke Edwards post saying he was only invited to say sorry for readying his time and that arbitration wasn't even discussed and is unlikely to be successful, but the positive is that he was there and you never know in the long term
He'll be fast to post something as negative as possible with a glimmer of hope in it to cover his arse
De Marco holding a meeting with NUFC could be significant. The timing could indicate that arbitration is starting.
Didn’t someone somewhere say 8th Jan was a significant day? Not to be to dramatic but is our game against Sheff Utd the biggest in the clubs history? Win and we are virtually safe. Lose and we are sucked right into the **** and there is no way SB can be defended by the media. Surely SB is absolutely ****ting himself for this game.
