No grounds for failing it. If there is legal separation then piracy, human rights abuses and other conduct linked to Saudi cannot be levelled at PIF. They are all clean. The test can only be applied to Al Rumayyan, Mogren, Staveley and Reubens. Formality.
What would you give to be a fly on the wall in the room where the arbitration is taking place to watch Masters and/or Hoffman being cross examined by De Marco or Fatima or even better both? I would quite happily accept all of Chippy’s inane threads and give up the prospect of Chippy’s short arms reaching his pocket in The Earl and even read all of his fictitious tales of sexual prowess and pretend that I believe they’re true. Having read Liam k article it’s well written. And it’s ****ing clear as day that MA and PIF are definitely on this together. I hope that everything comes out and that the PL have to show everything.
