Hence several “owners” comments when In the past everyone has clearly said “owner”.

 

It seems odd that doesn't it.. The new signings and the statement.

I wouldbt expect a typo error in a club official statement, but it may well just be us making pictures out of clouds.

I'm very hopeful on this going through somewhere down the line.

The game trended in Saudi last night, so it's caught the publics attention and we played well and scored a nice goal that'll do no harm.

Correct me if I’m wrong here - but a restructured deal that sees Ashley accept investment alongside his ownership wouldn’t require an official trading of shares as the club is privately owned? It could be done via legal agreements so he could in effect give 20% private ownership to AS and RB in exchange for £60m injected?

Bruce has maintained the charm offensive for Ashley and the timing is perfect where fans and Ashley stand united. If there was some other, smaller, change that offered new promise that would suit me - and probably Mike too.

Like I say if that happens it's done... Don't see why we'd need to sell a player he needs to rotate once we're officially the richest club in the world that's not a problem

 

We lined up with Hendricks out of position. Fraser is decent but a free transfer, so we have a gap in right mid, a position Zaha has filled before. I doubt that move will happen but the point is there is a space on that side and I’d prefer to think we would sell Ritchie before Almiron.

 

Basically if this story develops that's the last indication I need to be certain..

It's almost like someone is pulling strings and funding the purchases in the background.....

 

The best thing about this when it goes through is going to be the fact it looked off, the enemy celebrated too soon and relaxed before experiencing total annihilation.

 

This buying shares thing direct seems ulikely to me. Ashley would benefit far more if they achieve in turning the club into something worth 1 billion. I would assume he has to keep 50 % that would mean he'd get around 150 million, put **** all else in and cash in on half a billion.. No way they'll go with that plan.

Unless anyone can let me know where I'm going wrong on that?
