Garbage. Although this result won't cost us anything I still wanted to finish the year off with a win. Disappointed.
Hardly surprising Thomas Rogne was way off the pace as he's been out for some time. To be fair, we had a lot of possession in the second half but our passing was woeful at times and the overall performance was generally very poor and disappointing. We appear to have the numbers in depth to fill in for injured players but I'm not at all confident that we have enough ability to match. Hibs defended very well as a unit though so can't begrudge them their win.
The top target men in the world cannot score if they don't get consistent good service. Unfortunately that was missing today. Maybe if we had been able to sign Messi even at that £30 m per year and the £250 transfer fee, he may have weaved a difference. Paddy nearly on the couple of times he got the ball in around the penalty area, but again they were not able to bring him into the game often enough. It is not the end of the world, all fans would have liked us to win through to the break but they have worked hard and have had a lot of games over a short period. I just hope they come out of the break all guns flying.
Thought Rogne and Izzy were ****e. Most of the rest not as ****e. Pass marks for Sammy and Lustig. Ambrose missed from under the crossbar.....
Estancia, I don't think rogne's lack of competitive matches can be an excuse. After all I Presume he was playing daily in training. He has probably knocked a few thousands a Week off his future wages. LOL That linesman has wonderful vision able to see 50 yards to his left and dead straight in Front of him at the same time. No need for specs savers for him.
