    Did you get it sorted, GRB? I sorted mine online through the O2 website - was filling out a 'contact us' form and an MSN style chat window popped up asking if I wanted to speak to a customer service person that way. I agreed and they removed the age verification thingy almost straight away and it didnt cost me a thing (as far as I'm aware...)
