Fortune. I think you and your mates mistimed your (un)humorous posts about Cha, as a right back/right midfielder I would say he was far from a puddin when he set up a goal and scored another. I feel very well pleased, old friends remember posts I made 6 months ago. Not many of has such an impact. Thanks pals I appreciate the good notice you take of me.
Here's the opinion bit. Cha is quick and (I think) he delivers a mean cross - defensively and tactically, however, I think he's nowhere near the standard we should have. Personally, I think we let a better, more experienced and more flexible player for that position go out on loan in the form of Mark Wilson (quite frankly, I would've made him captain). We currently have two RBs who are better than Cha - Lustig and Matthews. He's a squad player at the very best - I will be very happy for him to prove me wrong.
I would fully agree with yo about Mark Wilson. However I don't thing the loan went through. I wouldn't lose much sleep about Cha, but on Sunday things did go better for him. I am not sure about the Swede either, maybe he will be o/k but he hasn't convinced me yet. I think Matthews is the real thing but because of his age, I think Neil is better not playing him every game and so if he has a wee knock or injury he is better left out.

There have been times I've not been sure on lennons management skills. Perhaps though we forget he's still a novice, still learning his trade. But from time to time he's shown he really thinks about tactics. Some work some don't. But he has a squad there that are capable of switching tactics in games, ie wanyama can start in the back 3 and switch to midfield. Sammy as a striker can easily switch to the wing. Any full back can play wing back. You know what, Lennon has signs there pointing to a guy who can go far in the management game. If he can learn to relax or not let his emotions show (although it never did fergie any harm) he could go far. There will be blips, but hes only been a manager 2 years. Lambert failed at livingstone, yet he's touted aste next big thing. Most managers start out away from the spotlight so the mistakes made learning don't get highlighted as much. And even the best still make mistakes, I refer back to fergie, 26 years at Manu, yet I bet he regrets his starting tactics and line up on Monday night a little
So Lennon copies tactics that have been employed successfully by Walter and Ally at Rangers and it makes him a tactical genius?
Everyone copies tactics from somewhere. It's the fact Lennon has built a squad capable of playing various tactics easily, as opposed to square pegs in round holes like Bartley at right back. He also changes system to try and play attractive winning football as opposed to just trying to stop the opponents
