My missus' taste keeps getting more expensive. This year I've already got her a pair of £150 boots (which she's scuffed already) and she wants a vivien westwood watch for about £300.

I think she forgets we need to pay for the rest of the wedding, hen and stag dos, and honeymoon. She gies me thar beel.

I used to think the same. I don't any more.

Tablet devices are handy wee ****ers when ye just want to stretch out on the couch for a quick browse on the internet or read an e-book and such like. They require almost zero maintenance.

I agree Apple is over hyped though. They do **** all better or worse than any other tablet device I've used.

Gambol uses a Kindle Fire

 

Use an IPad myself but the weans Kindle Fires seem as good if not better.

Thought tablets were ****e till I got one, love it. You can hold it up with one hand and have a **** easy enough.

Lap tops - not so handy.
