Certainly do Stan....Best entertainment ive seen..but that is a personal thing. He's doing well for himself and good luck to him. His style may be more suited to Serie A For the record...I never said he was a bad player...only that he would not & could not cut it in the Premiership. Even after all my posts, i dont hate the guy...just really p**sed off that he could have dont this for us, but xhose not too. Fair play to him, he's taking his chance and putting it in......He'll get what ever he deserves at the end of the season. Understanably a crowd favourite, but not a Prem player. He'd prob cut it in La Liga too....<ok.
Redknapp said he wanted to keep him, the two faced prick is already trying to cover himself and make out its someone elses fault because Taarabt is lighting it up in italy!
Good post mate, somehow doubt we'll see him in the premiership again, but the evidence is on your side so far.
Amen to that... I am livid having read a load of ****e about this player over the years. Taarabt would fit into any top side in the world now at this moment never doubted it and he will ... Only a few believed this and he will become a mega star. Totally mismanaged by QPR apart from Colin. He will be talked about and we will be remembered as the team that let him go. He will be as good as Zidane mark my words... he has it in him, one thing I know in my gut when i see players.
Are you serious? What are you havin mate? Seriously, Zidane was one of the best players ever on this planet and only Pele, Maradona and maybe Platini can top him. Now after couple of matches in milan where Taarabt has played (this season) well that he will be as good as Zidane. Jesus!
Premiership football a long way off being the best football in Europe ... it's way behind ... it's just the place for money nothing more and hyped beyond belief. Taarabt is better than most forward players in the premiership now! bar Suarez ... I expect a return or maybe a Euro Super league some day and he may even be king of it. The most talented player I have seen since Zidane and he is showing the world what he can do now. Get this player motivated and he is a world beater and a day will come when everyone on here will have to admit it. Taarabt used to play for us. I fully expect us to get chanted in teh future that "Taarabt's too good for you" ... he was ... dip **** club that we are
100% because Zidane is IMO the best by a long way ... Platini different player. Maradon sorry over rated career who ****ed more time than good and as for Pele are you serious?... The world made that bloke famous he was over hyped and still is. I watched Zidane as a younger player and Taarabt on course to be as good ... very very similar IMO. Milan just the start for this player .... just you watch him
With respect there's no way Zidane was better than Maradona who dragged Napoli to a Serie A title practically single handed despite a heavily alleged coke habit. Not in a million years.
Got to agree with Imaz here. Maradona had an aura and a fanatical commitment that dragged Argentina to a World Cup and Napoli to a title (stolen from Milan by disgraceful refereeing at Verona, I was there....). Best player (bar Maldini, though not strictly comparable) I have ever seen in the flesh. This is by no means to belittle Zidane, also clearly a genius. Adel has a long way to go before he can be compared to these blokes, which is not to say he can't do it. Unfortunately, like George Best, he will never be able to prove it on the international stage because of the country he comes from.
What a hillarious few last posts....Just a a Question, why didnt Sir alex, Jse, wenger or any other top manager pick him up then? Take your time, no rush as Im sure you know better than them seedorf, a clown of a manager with a terrible record......... absolute comedy gold !!
Seedorf has been a manager since the middle of January this year. What are your criteria for judging his record and calling him a clown? Managerial record played 8, won 4, drawn 1, lost 3. He has a win % of 50%, compared to Harolds 35% at QPR. Of course its far too early to judge. As for your first question, you've answered it yourself ad nauseum - he didn't cut it in the premiership, his attitude stank, and managers usually shy away from that.
This got be a joke, the most sarcastic post of the decade or just alcohol talking. Who in the name of whatever can say that Maradona and Pele were overhyped and overrated. How old are you and i ask you once more : "Are you ****in serious?" That french climate does not suit your football judgment ability.
Oh dear..you had me hooked until you posted this drivel...... Pele is no good?....really?. as much as you like to be french. i have to ask...is this a "black thing"....t Deary me DT,,you have just dumped any credibility you have built up...,
And that's the long and short of it really. As we were saying before, even if a player goes on to do great things elsewhere, its not much good to us if he couldn't do it here. It looks like he's finally putting his unbelievable talent to good use and more luck to him. Its a pity he wouldn't do it for his various Clubs/Managers in England but some players just don't have a lot going on upstairs. Its only been a few games so lets hope he keeps it up but there can be no denying that having played a handful of games for Milan, he's looking very good. Never mind us, the poor Fulham fans sat at the bottom of the league must be pulling their hair out looking at this!
Well if your belief in that statement comes from the same part of your brain that continually states that we will finish above Leicester then excuse me if I don't really get too excited by it.
There is no doubt AT has an enormous amount of talent, but at this stage of his career, to say AT "is on course" to be as good as Zidane, and better than Maradona and Pele, is an outrageous claim. Based on a few games with Milan. He calls himself the "Balotelli of Morocco", not even he has claimed anything grander than that (yet). But I'm sure we may hear of some grandiose comparison, soon.
