What follows is a rather crude translation of an article which recently appeared in PRAVDA, a now independent Russian news platform which is often used by the Kremlin to disseminate messages to the West. The title of the article has been translated as follows:

<laugh>

Oh be still my aching sides.

Muhammad married Aisha when she was six and consummated the marriage at nine, according to the Quran and hadith. Most of the others on the list were done to secure political alliances. Muhammad being a ***** wasn't the worst thing about him; claiming he had visions from God and angels and using that as casus belli to destroy neighbouring Arab tribes was why he was a twat. He was an opportunistic caravan merchant-turned-warlord and nowt much else. Couldn't read or write.

...that's what I was going to say.

President Vladimir Putin and the Russian Government have been pushed around and bullied, persecuted and prosecuted, for only defending their Motherland and their citizenry. The Western powers (a.k.a. the Anglo-American Axis or AAA) led by the USA and UK, Germany and France, Australia and Canada, as well as Israel have participated in one scheme after another in order to falsely implicate Russia for their (AAA) own crimes of genocide in the Ukriane, Palestine and elsewhere around the globe.

<rofl>

About right that. Closer than the narrative we get spouted anyway.

The Ukraine and Crimea, they bullied Russia did they?

<laugh>

No, the USA and its allies has bullied Russia. Kiev took advantage of that, and called Russia a few names, knowing it had big daddy USA standing right behind it.

Crimea welcomed Russia. Not sure why you mention Crimea tbh.

Crimea welcomed Russia? <confused> Under International law It belongs to Ukraine.

Crimea is of enormous strategic importance to Russia. They'll never let it go, and to be fair there's no good reason why they should.

The worry is whether Putin's territorial ambitions end there. You can't blame Russia for protecting her own interests. You have to be concerned about how far she may be prepared to go to do that though.

As for the Ukrainians; Nazi sympathising jew killers, who's crying about them?

Your'e correct.

You asked me whether the Crimea and Ukraine bullied Russia. In the context of the conversation, you appeared to do this to imply that in your opinion Russia had bullied Crimea and Ukraine.

I pointed out to you, that whilst the new government in Kiev was very much opposed to Russia, the Crimeans supported Russia. The 2014 referendum in Crimea in fact returned 97% of votes in favour of rejoining the Russian Federation.

So, irrespective of whether international law recognises Crimea as part of Ukraine or not, your views about Crimea appear to have been completely misguided, and incorrect.
