would anyone like to drag this thread back onto the top of whether SEB would be a decent and realistic signing for Town

 

No worries mate and as you are the first to point out I make a twat of myself most days on here!

Getting back to the OT I just think that Ebanks-Bloke would be a great signing for us epsecially if DJ is headed back to QPR.

 

I think Marcus has probably realised his mistake in not getting players in during the summer and will make good funds available to Mick. I would also imagine that Mick would not have joined us at such a low point without some reassurances that a decent amount of money would be ready for him to spend to get the team in shape. I think we might be a bit surprised by what is going to happen in the january window. Would love to see DJ sign, already sold on the idea of keeping Barnett and to replace Chopra with SEB would be the icing on the cake. Perhaps signing DJ is a non starter and so it will be SEB instead. I guess we will have to wait and see.

 

I agree with those that have said if we get SEB it will be to replace DJ. I'd be very happy if MM pulled it off

If there is a McDonald's and Greggs in Ipswich then I can see the draw for SEB.

He is the type of players you need to be avoiding. You have signed too many people looking for a big pay check over the years. You need to get rid of alot of players and build something with young and up and coming players. Under achieving players has like SEB has got you where you are today
