What the **** are you talking about? The smoothies stuff comes from my urologist after my kidney stones last year -smoothies, fruit juice have a huge and concentrated amount of sugar, even if 100% pure. Contributes to diabetes too. I'm also off fizzy drinks (no problem) and spirits because of the pressure they put on the kidneys. I miss the scotch. And everybody knows you don't enjoy a sausage if you know how its made.
Come on! Harry has got his tactics right, AJ has played brilliantly, SWP is giving his all and Barton, although being a twat, is still doing a solid job and Henry is ok. We are QPR AND top of the league!
I don't get offended by anything on here, as I think you know by now! Kidney stones were ages ago, all well now. The WTF comment was about 'my architect friend'. Wish I had an architect friend, might have saved me a bit on house renovations....
He's not your friend, I shouldn't have used that term. I was on about the bloke with the suit and shades that did an excellent documentary on sausages and how they were made. You posted the video up a few months ago. His main area was architecture if I remember correctly. A very interesting and engaging individual. But I will say this: You and I don't but if Optimistichoop's OP earlier is anything to go by, you can bet he does!
You can make them with fruit, milk, yogurt and ice without fruit juice if necessary. First Ive ever heard about fruit juice being bad for you which I dont think is the case if you have no underlying problems.
Don't you think he (and Barton) won the midfield? Before the game many comments were addressing Massive Leeds being strong in the middle and that we would get overrun there.
The problem arises if you take fruit juice alone. Mixing the whole fruit is far better because that's where all the fiber is. The juice on its own will fu*k your stomach up in the same way lots of sugary sweets would. And, as Stan pointed out, it can mess with your kidneys. (Its a wonder Stan ain't flogging a drug of some sort to counteract those negative effects )
If you eat fruit who;e the sugars are slow release which is why diabetics can eat a certain amount of fruit despite the natural sugars, If you liquidise fruit you get a huge hit of sugar all at once.
Brilliant, SWP thread diverted into a debate on the health merits of fruit juice! I think thats against the rules, should set up an OT thread if anyone is really interested. Back to SWP - DT next time you at a game we are going to sit next to each other, have a laugh and analyse Shaun's every move. You are rarely mistaken sir, but in this case I'm not with you.....
I know thats what Redknapp thinks but Faurlin is better in every way. Im very disappointed to see Henry start any game at home or away to bottom half sides.
Its only one banana/apple or a few berries/cherry. Is it any worse than having a mars bar? Is it any concern for someone with no health problems?
Faurlin was absolute garbage V Swindon Henry's faster, more combatitive, a better tackler, doesn't linger on the ball as long, and more consistent.
Faurlin led the PL in tackles at one point and can pass. I never saw the Swindon but apparently the whole midfield were rubbish.
