    I can't see that players would have taken bribes, but referees? Hell yeah. That Korean run in 2002 was a bloody joke.

    I know it's not cool to judge someone by appearance/social background etc, but regarding Prince Ali, isn't he just cut from the same cloth as the Qatari guys who bribed themselves a bloody World Cup? Ie; Wealthy middle-Eastern royalty. They are hardly squeaky clean are they? I mean, if Blatter is not voted in, we need more candidates than just Ali. Luis Figo please.

    Personally I feel it would be great if the sponsors forced Blatter to resign by threatening to withdraw sponsorship. Which I understand could yet happen.
    After all He is the head of the organisation and should be held to account. Any decent head would automatically hold his hands up and say...it happened on my watch so the buck stops here!!
