No different to virtually every other player then, that's normal.

after watching him on youtube at feyenoord, he looks a brilliant player and quite skillful. its maybe a risk, but he'll get you as many goals as shane long I would of thought! I feel bruce could blend him in well with the boys as well and will link up with jelavic well! unless bruce has anyone else in mind, i'd go for him at 4.5mill ,could go for deeney at 10mill but who says he'll be as good in premier league, i'd rather take a risk at 4.5mill than 10mill!

I don't go on how many goals he scored for stoke for many reasons, he's only 22 aswell! get him signed up bruce!

think we can do better personally.. we want a goal scorer who is better than long & jelavic.. put all of the shane long money and maybe a little extra that we've saved from fryatt & prozzys wages and go for the best striker we can get.

If Bruce could think of any I doubt we would be going for 2 or 3 players instead of putting it all back on one striker.

There isn't anybody, plus bruce is not spending all the long money on one player, he might use the majority on a striker, upto 8 mill...and go over slighty on others, but because southampton paid over the odds for an average striker, why should we! ....why do you seem to think long is better than guidetti? The two strikers I would go for atm, are this guy or joel campbell on loan!

guidetti might be better than long, but long despite not a profilic scorer, is still premier league proven, i wouldn't mind guidetti aslong as it's no more than a few million

Its my guess that we will go with someone young like Guidetti. I dont see how Bruce can still be after 3 more players if one of them is going to cost 10 million like Deeney would unless he had a lot of money still in the transfer kitty before Long was sold.

well assuming a week ago before any bids were for long, do we think bruce was after anyone still? i'd guess so, probably one or two? i just hope the players he was originally after (whoever they are ) aren't been part of the long sale, i think some people are disregarding longs influence on the team, he will be a big miss for sure

Guidetti, maybe not proven in prem league, but hes quite physical enough to adapt to it. Some people need to get a grip, juventus are after him, I'd take him straight away! He seemsvto enjoy banter which will be welcomed with the lads! ....this is our man.

I think if we give him 20 games, he'll at least get 12, which is more than long has ever achieved in premier league!

He will be a big miss but last season we started with Danny "Couldn't hit the Milky Way Galaxy" Graham. We will still be better off no matter who plays upfront in comparison with last season. Hell I think we could sign up one of my chickens and it could score more than Graham just by hanging out in the 6 yard box and randomly getting hit by a ball and the deflection going in the net.

Feyenoord have said Man City's valuation of £4m is too high as are his wage demands.. I think we should stick a £3-£3.5m bid in and hope for the best.

Ah, if you go here and hit the translate button embedded in google chorme you can read all 119 pages about him.

    http://feyenoord.netwerk.to/forums/HTML/forum16/1059-119.php

They seem to think he wants a 2 mill euro a year salary, which should be roughly 31k pounds a week.
