2012 was a nasty wake up call.
Going up as champions, hopes and expectations were sky-high and then we were brought down to earth with, not a bump, but a crash!
I remember a thread before that season started, possibly on the old BBC 606, about where we thought we'd be come the end of the season.
Some had us in the top half of the table with a few mentioning Europe! The heady days of deluded expectations!! Now, I'll gladly take the draw.
My main wish for this season was to not go on a protracted run of draws and losses. Any thing more is a bonus. Managing expectations.
