I have no problems wishing an injury on a player who has deliberately attempted to do nothing other than injure any player.

I'm all for hard tackles but what Williams did there was try to destroying creativity in the game simply because he's too ****e to dream of being that good. That should be removed from the game, personally i'd like it done painfully.
