A little more from Tony Pulis' press conference, held earlier on ahead of the Baggies Boxing Day clash at Swansea.

The gaffer says striker Saido Berahino is in line for a recall.

"We have got a tough Christmas period so the players will be played," he said.

"Given the way he has trained in the last couple of days, given the opportunity, hopefully he can show what he can do.

"We have two games in three days so we would definitely rotate the squad. We will start with players at Swansea which we won't start with against Newcastle (on 28 December). We will certainly rotate the side."

Don't think Berahino will start this game , maybe their next game .
I think this is the team they will send out .
    Myhill
Dawson ,McAuley , Olsson , Evans
Sessegnon ,Fletcher ,Morrison ,Gardner , Brunt
    Lambert

I found that link to the Cardiff City Forum hilarious. Bitching because we've been saying we are light years ahead of them. We ****ing have been! Better football, better managers, better company. They can't criticise us for speaking the truth!

The posts in that forum reminded me of a hospital cleaner who was hoping that a consultant got the sack.

Oh, and we'll win Boxing Day 2-0. Ayew & Gomis. There, I've said it.

2-1 win is my prediction, though a draw again is highly likely sorry to say, I hope Curtis doesn't start that donkey Go-miss.......<ok>

Not just for our points but I'd like to drag West Brum down to the relegation battle , two of their better players out for the next 3 games could do that.

That has to be on the cards, though maybe Curtis will give Emnes a run out for this game, the boy needs to see some daylight on the pitch, every time he's come off the bench he's either got us a goal. assist or penalty, come on Curt, lets have some imagination mate, your an old soldier that surely see's the issues......<ok>

Which ever way you look at this game, if we want a win then we are going to have to up the pace of our attack, it still far too slow. The improved possession and performance of the last two games, needs now a little more pace in attack, that should see us get a win against Pulis defensive game, and also help Gomis offside issues, going to be interesting on Boxing day.

    Lawro tips us to lose......

Albion manager Tony Pulis is as good as anyone in setting up his team against the opposition whichever way they play.

And I don't think there is a better Premier League team than West Brom at set-pieces. They have got a team of giants - one thing Swansea don't have - and always look like scoring from corners and free-kicks.

Swansea were OK in their 0-0 draw against West Ham and it was interesting to see caretaker boss Alan Curtis say all they need is a bit of a break. Will they get one against West Brom who take no prisoners? I don't think so.

Bafetimbi Gomis, Jefferson Montero, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Jonjo Shelvey, Andre Ayew - they have all forgotten how to play. Swansea are lacking confidence and can't buy a goal. If you can't score in this league then you plummet.

    Lawro's prediction: 1-2

I'll upgrade my prediction to a 3 - 0 win in line with young Callum Williams who is mascot for the game and go farther by saying a striker , a defender and a midfielder will score .
Hats off to Trunds and Routs for their visit to the young amputee with the new " Swansea " legs , and pretty cool they are .... The players and the legs ....

Head down early and try and park in one of the unit car parks by the Liberty, on the right hand side before going into the retail park. Costs about a fiver <cheers>
