    Why is Dyer not starting ..... I dont like the way Monk operates , everything seems to be personal and not professional .1 start in 7 games for Dyer is a sham imo

    He may think that using him as an impact sub is better use of the squad?

    JDG, Pablo and Routs have been playing well under Monk, so where does a Dyer fit in ATM? He needs to earn the right and wait his chance to get back in the side.

    Monk could put out the line up today that played against Everton in the FA CUP and some would say it was a stroke of genius .....lol

    Its who isn't and who hasn't been for almost 7 games now , Monk is isolating players, not a good quality in a manager imo.

    Only 2 players have more goals than Dyer valley and they both started at least 8 more games than Nathan
