Also how dare you take the pi$$ out of the old furnace site in Abercwmboi. The place was of great importance to the area, as it normally covered the village from view with its smoke. Now its in plain view

PGF- Im afraid its true, UK has gone from being one of the greatest countries to live in with more racial harmony than any other country to being an also ran power that just ****s over the working man every chance they get! Valley Graduate mentioned "Tory scum" unfortunatly for him i think he fails to realise that Labour have been just as culpable in ****ing over the population.

It was a Labour Government that De-regulated the banks and other financial institutions therefore removing the Bank of England from direct government control !! enabling banks to run amoke and gamble with all our futures, for which we will pay the price for the next 10yrs! Tory Scum?? Labour Scum aswell dont forget !!
It was a Labour government that sold alot of our Gold reserves off to try and pay a debt that doubled under their watch! something that we will all be paying off for the rest of our lives,and our children and grandchildren! im not a Tory, i dislike everything they stand for but i dispise Labour for what they have put us through!

The Tories will be remembered for closing the mines in Wales, the dullards up the valleys and elsewhere (and i include myself in this )will never forget and nor should they, but what many refuse to acknowledge is by voting blindly for the oppositon for so many years they have helped push the nation back decades, Labour have quietly robbed us of any future...but still up in cynon valley its "Tory scum" ...

neveroffside- If you can move then please do! we all live in hope that the UK will return to former glory but most people now realise everything has been by design and is a no win for decent hard working people, the plan?drive the wages down and make the country more competitive thus leaving us greatful of the few scraps available but making us attractive to outside investment..like we really need that! what ever happened to making our own stuff? we used to be ****ing great at it!!. Countries like Norway skirt around this by not being a full EU member and having an insular economy. You buy Norweigen produce in the supermarkets,if you buy Heinz beans its double the price of the Norweigen equivilent and thats the same with alot of things. They make their own stuff when ever possible and that keeps the wheels of their own economy turning. Things are expensive but its all reletive, electrical goods are the same price as back home butthat means they are extremely cheap over here considering the wages are Double. It would be extremly easy for the UK to follow this model, its already being talked about in Government and it is indeed known as the "Norway factor"

Dont be so quick to mock Small scandinavian countries, they are properly socialist and look after their people alot better than we do. No corporation takes the piss in these countries, your Vodaphones,Starbucks and Amazons owing our country Billions and getting away with it is a joke, we pay tax why cant they? if the government wanted to they could change any rule they wanted to overnight and make the ****ers pay the next morning! we dont so thats why the UK is ****ed !

Anyway i dont think they even have Starbucks here,the Norweigens drink Coffe like **** but the Government is not really keen on corporates screwing the people unless the money goes back into the Norweigen system..basically the way it should be!!
they dont have KFC and alot of the other **** type fast food chains because apparently they wont comply with Governemts food standards agency and follow the guidlines put in place to protect a healthy population, Mcdonalds and Burger king are the only ones really and they have to comply strictly and advertise the contents of their food on the packages.

Some of these countries actually try and govern and protect its people, some may say it restricts free trade but do we really want to end up like America? where the guy with the most financial backing becomes President! and the corporations pull the strings! **** that ****! UK needs a right kick up the arse! we have all the skills,inovation,technology etc,etc but its slowly being eroded away or left to fester..or it moves away to a better place.

No country is perfect,no Government is perfect but people really need to open their eyes and wake up to how far the UK has fallen. When all the skills leave all that will be left are the asylum seekers,the workshy dole claimers ,single mothers who "cant afford to work" and Government paid employees who are subsidised by the dwindling private sector!
