They must have realised they had us at the Brit next week and so wanted to stop him from being embarrassed more ;)

I find it nonsensical at this time in the season to sack your manager. I know that this time last year all were wanting Pulis to go but the right time was after the last game of the season!

Personally I think Swansea were poor at West Ham and that was probably the last straw.

Again I think this is a sad indictment on the state of football today!

He had the backing of the board, it was inevitable.

Well I am NOT going to state the obvious, but would they like a Welshman in charge ?

They should get Malky Mackay in that would upset red-dragons, sorry the blue tits.

I am a little surprised he's gone, but had thought it could be on the cards, I think because of their last few seasons people see Swansea as better than they actually are. Their position in the table doesn't look too bad, but neither does ours, and look where we were last week. I've heard a few rumours that there is some unrest in their dressing room, apparently there is a rift between the Spanish and non-Spanish players, and this could have played apart in Laudrups sacking.

Probably trying to stave off an exodus by sacking him after the transfer window but if there is a rift at the club they could be in serious trouble relegation wise.

one win and they are in 10th, where do they think that they should be with man u, man city, chelsea, liverpool, arsenal, spurs. everton in the league?, ridiculous sacking if its been done on the basis of their league table standing.

Edward Snowden is a traitorous bastard who should be shot.
And anyone supporting him should be lined up with him.
Typical deluded Welsh Nationalist cretinous statement.

The NSA had nothing to do with the murder and mutilation of King Llewellyn in 1297, that was committrd by his half brother Morgan the Mad who also played flanker for Ebbw Vale (not to be confused with Port Vale), back in the day.

    Just saying like.

Absolutely correct Matthew...love the location by the way, is that named after your hero Wilfried or the pop group of the same name??

Ra Ra Rasputin lover of the Swansea Queen.

Many a happy Saturday afternoon in South Wales, various broken fingers and a nose (twice). All legit of course and yes I have played against Ebbw Vale.

Wrong shaped ball for this board...but great days. <cheers>

No an exclusive area of Swansea where only the high and mighty reside ( well some are high most of the time ;) ) It was fate that a player with that surname should come to the club so I'm milking it for all it's worth. Love both codes so I understand where you're coming from regarding legit injuries , more of a watcher myself with the oval ball far to rough .Good luck tomorrow I think you're going to need it now Monk got us flying again :emoticon-0148-yes:

Monk got you flying !! I've heard of the flying nun, hey ho.

I remember going to Cardiff and taking a long detour to go to a place called Splott ... Well you have to.

    Wish I Hadn't bothered really.
