You've both misunderstood me, what I meant was as soon as the category criteria was announced, we should of got on with it then. We only really started the process in the summer, the Elite Player Performance Plan which brought in the categories was announced in 2011.

PL ticket prices for Hull City home games are more than good for those who have to buy them. The big clubs are the ones who should be dropping prices for starters. No other PL clubs have set match tickets for us under £20 this season. Food for thought.
