Top three in order, only if you saw the game, you know the drill.

Da Silva will go on to better things you would think.
    Batty was efficient.
    The rest ?
Edit - McGloughlin looks to have promise. Inexperience showed when he 'laid down' for the first gol instead of shepherding the attacker towards the by line.

    Leo - magnificent
    Magennis - ace
    Pennington

Honourable mentions: McKenzie - ok got skinned badly at least once but he has loads of promise and some lovely play
    Wilks - has improved massively
    Elder

Taking off Batty for Honeyman was a sackable offence

Da Silva by a million miles. He's too good for us.

Da Silva and Magennis top two, struggling after that.. probably Wilks who at least posed a threat.

Thought Batty was poor tonight, as was Irvine, and most of the defence.

After witnessing some Sunday league defending. We can’t have a defender anywhere in that top 3.

    da Silva
    Maddison
    Batty

Pennington - for a lad coming back after 5 weeks out and playing in 'that' defence I though he put in an admirable performance.

Da Silva - again put in a shift and one of the few who knows how to pass to one of his own, he would have been top but his failure to track his man for their first goal who then subsequently drifted into the box and set the goal up irked me.

Magennis - I know he isnt the quickest and he certainly isnt prolific but he showed what he is capable of for our equaliser at the end.

I personally think Irvine needs his hair cutting given it's the only reason I can think of that would explain his total inability at times to recognise one of his team mates to pass to.

And I also think Eaves goal at the end has probably stayed McCanns P45 for another couple of weeks .. his decision making when doing substitutions is baffling .. Batty who has having a fair game is hooked when you have the prancing pony in Irvine having a shocker ?

Pennington, ( He was at least shouting at the defence trying to organise it, showing some leadership)

Irvine should never be selected anymore, he finds it impossible to either keep the ball or pass to a team mate, he infuriates me. Rant over.
