    I thought Jesus Gamez had a good solid game at LB, I was a bit worried when I seen him on the team sheet but he did well.

    I like it when he found himself too far forward and they broke. He did that thing slow lads did when you were at school, head down run full belt but look like you're in treacle.

    He did a good job all joking aside though. Very professional everywhere. Clark and Lascelles outstanding- Lascelles obv MOTM for goal and clearance but both never put a foot wrong.

    He did dive but it wasn't as clear cut as it looked on slow mo. Olsson did grab his arm to knock his momentum so he prob thought he had reason to go down

    See what we can achieve - staring to get quite windy now, got about another 12hrs til it hits here properly

    The last two games have given me optimism that we can comfortably stay up this year not because of the wins but because the opposition each time was very ordinary.

    We are severely lacking in depth but our strongest XI is still quite good when they show up.

    Was evacuated from original hotel on the beach on Thurs to one North of Tampa - airports are now closed.

    Due to get the worst around 2am tomorrow morning (7am UK time) but wind and rain starting to pick up now

    I think last season showed that outside of the top 6or7 there's not much difference in the rest of the teams - keep the 1st 11 fit and I think we'll be fine and hopefully add a few more bodies in Jan

    Clement was very frank in his interview. Listen to the start of his interview and that of Bilic. They pretty much said Newcastle were better in every department.

    Typical Newcastle away performance today.

    Very good team display.

    Would be happy to see the back of Diame and Perez. For good like. So wasteful.

    Very much looking forward to the Jonjo and Merino show. Get Murphy in that No 10 spot and Atsu/Ritchie either side, it's a decent enough first eleven.
