I'd go for this: ---------Flappy------------ Jenks-Mert-Kos-Monreal/Gibbs Arteta, Cazorla, Ramsey Theo---Giroud--Rosicky We need to defend well and hurt them on the break. They're at home and they will have a go at us so we should abandon the suicidal high line and play with patience. It's Theo's birthday today and he will need to be on his game. His pace on the break is a powerful weapon that we haven't used effectively enough this season. I don't know if Gibbs is fit enough to play again today. If he is its a tough decision. I like Monreal, he plays with intelligence and is a good passer. He seems to know when to defend and when the right time is to overlap in attack. I like Gibb's pace and workrate too. Flip a coin if they're both fit. I want to see a disciplined performance from Ramsey. I don't agree that he was 'excellent' against Bayern. Too many misplaced passes and not quick-thinking enough in possession. I like his workrate and I want to see him pressing and not give their midfield players time on the ball. If Poldi was fit I'd go for Rosicky in midfield, he was pressing well against Bayern and caused them real problems. As it is, I think he can still cause problems on the wing, more so than Ramsey. Massive game today, an absolutley must-win. Come on you Gunners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting XI: Fabianski, Jenkinson, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal, Arteta, Diaby, Cazorla, Walcott, Oxlade - Chamberlain, Giroud. Substitutes: Szczesny, Vermaelen, Gibbs, Coquelin, Rosicky, Ramsey, Gervinho
hmm. chamberlain playing again. good to see cazorla back in at CAM. need him there to produce with jack out. also glad to see fabianski and koscielny kept their places. hopefully they can both push on and we'll have a fight for the GK and CB spots for the rest of the season
