Absolutely. And I wish Laudrup would have a word with Chico about his theatrics. It's gone beyond pathetic and embarrassing now.

Second half we showed the drive, commitment, passion and attacking flair we've been lacking. Hopefully this is a turning point in that regard. The results will follow.

I've seen the penalty on MOTD2 and I can not believe it. Couldn't tell on my naff internet feed what was going on, the ref's vision must have been on a par with that. The fourth official really needs to have a monitor and be able to chip in. It's ludicrous in this day and age that football is one of the few sports where it's not implemented. These decisions are HUGE and need to be given correctly as often as possible.

I dont give a fig if it was a penalty or not we were at fault for giving them the chance in the first place.

You would mind if the Swans get relegated by two points. Or would you? As for giving them the chance, the ref gave a free kick for Rangel being hit in the chest which led to the corners. Two major pieces of incompetence from th ref. BUT YOU DON'T CARE!!

you are missing the point pgf...with seconds to go we should not have given them the opportunity of a penalty..

We didn't give them to opportunity, the ref did. The cross that hit rangel was not a free kick, therefore we would have cleared the ball, step in referee, the free kick that should never have been was crossed in and Canas cleared. The resulting corner came in, the ref gave a penalty that was never a penalty, and you blame us? Your a ****ing joke mate.

That and you have no respect for the opposition, and your head is up your arse, go continue you hard on for Rodgers on other threads.

Yes because we are so much better than these teams, that with minutes to go they are lumping the ball forward and going for the equaliser, we were comfortable up until the point the ref screwed us over.

You do know that the only reason your team was anywhere near the penalty area was because of 6 straight ref decisions going against Swansea? If the ref gives every decision against you there isn't much you can do.

Copied this bit from a poster on another forum:

It's our fault the ref had a shocker??...really? On MOTD last night they were laughing at how bad a decision it was.

Nevermind though, at least Bony showed what a quality player he is.

I missed noting the full series of events. If true, the tape should be referred to the league and FA for review. Anybody can make a mistake, but a series of 6 in one direction in the dying minutes of a game needs to be scrutinized.

Dai - the way you are talking it sounds like Stoke had no say in any part of the game and that everything that happened was down to us...... they scored because we let them, they had a corner because we let them, the ref gave a penalty because we let it happen, etc

Dai - I understand what you're trying to say, that we should have started the game as we played second half and then Stoke wouldn't have been two up. But the fact is we did enough overall to win the game - on merit. The fact we didn't was solely down to blatantly inept and unforgivable refereeing.

No, I don't think you understand what Dai is saying at all. He's just wumming with his usual claptrap and he will blindly ignore any point you make, no matter how valid it is. Just ignore him.

Look for one i never ever wum when it comes to anything to do with the swans and two do you honestly believe im the only one that says it was our own making. lets make it clear my own personal thinking if it was a penalty or not is neither here nor there but to stop you harping on about that then NO i don't think it was a penalty.....But my point is we were controlling the game and for the 3rd game in a row we gave away the ball in the dying seconds instead of keeping the ball or whacking it down field or even kicking it high up into the stands so we can run down the clock....Now if you cannot understand that then god help you as there are plenty of fans saying the same thing.....So ivor get of your high horse and stop insinuating, i have as much right to say the same claptrap as your claptrap in your view...
