It is still available but obviously something on this site is preventing me posting the film of Cabango’s outstanding last ditch tackle
Yes, probably, but you earned the three points. Two outstanding moments in the game -- one outstandingly bad (the cock-up between McLean and Stacey which presented you with the goal), and one outstandingly good (Cabango's tackle on Sainz) which likely preserved the advantage. Maybe not the quality of previous encounters, but both of us are currently in transition. Look forward to the return at Carrow Road in January
Shocking scenes at Derby yesterday - Stewards working hard to ensure Cardiff fans stay and watch to the final whistle ….
I’ve read that Cardiff have gained just 10 points from a possible 42 in a run dating back to March 16th. The Bluebirds have only scored 11 times in these 14 games.
Watched the highlights and we see to be our own worst enemy, two awful back passes which we luckily got away with, I really hope this is something that will be drummed into their brains not to do again. I remember watching Alan Knill in his two year spell at Swansea, he could do only two things, head the ball into touch or kick the ball downfield ASAP, wouldn't have known how to pass a ball. Sometimes you think, maybe that is what some of our players should be doing, safety first.
Fully concur. He's fully loaded, and definitely the right calibre for the job. When asked what his favourite TV show is, he replied " Blankety, blank ".
Stoke City have parted company with head coach Steven Schumacher. Former Stoke defender Ryan Shawcross will take charge of the club on a caretaker basis along with Alex Morris. A statement from sporting director Jonathan Walters read: 'My role as Sporting Director is to make tough decisions that serve the long-term interests of Stoke City. 'After ongoing discussions with John Coates, we feel the time is right for a change in direction to bring success to the club. 'We have a young, dynamic squad that is eager to develop and a clear vision of how to achieve success, and we hope to announce a new appointment shortly. We will need the fans, staff, and players united in support to achieve our goals. 'As always in football, these decisions are difficult, and we wish Steven and his staff all the best for the future.'
That game on Saturday was one of the better ones in recent history...plenty of oohs and aahs which have not been very prominent. More of the same please and some shots too....
