Ayew certainly seemed to celebrate his goals like it meant something to him........ Matt - what was the general reaction to Ayew from the fans ? Why do you think Mckay shouldn't put a Swans shirt on again ? - because he's crap or has he done something bad ?
Just seen your post, the reception for Ayew was shall we say one you would expect for a player who had returned forma career ending injury rising to one of exhalation, the whole of the East stand was as one is calling his nema before he came on and when he scored the place erupted ,I applauded as you would when he scored but I can't say I understood the mood towards him before he did. McKay seems to be just not interested , bottles out of challenges in a very similar vein as Ki did and I disliked him with a passion , and his overall demenour just reeks of just give me the money we now have a new manager who I thought may get more from him but he's playing exactly the same as he did last season. The above regarding McKay my opinion only and I hope I'm wrong but ?
I said last season that McKay is out of his depth, he is League 1 at best. Nothing I have seen this season has made me change my mind. Having said that, he is bound to score a worldy on Saturday!
I kinda agree about McKay. I’ve never seen anything in him to make me think he could be a game changer. He’s extremely average on his best day.
A good 'come from behind' win for your boys. Ayew back in the fold could mean the difference between a lower mid table position (where I thought you'd be) to a team pushing for the playoffs. Seems to be some depth growing as well. A long old season for a young team once the enthusiasm of the start begins to wane, but an unbeaten start is not to be sniffed at.
I think you are both being kind to Mckay, I would say he is ****ing rubbish, lazy and would send him to the 23's and out of the club as soon as.
Connell ( an ex keeper of ours ) had a good game in fairness ,I think he was saw it late through a crowd of players , a good shot from Byers though
