Have you also noticed that any player who runs with the ball, will then always stop and cut it back to someone behind, thereby losing any advantage in the territory gained as all the opposition players are able to shift back and reorganise. So fcking frustrating.
I really don't know anymore whether the problem lies with Rooney or the slow cumbersome style of football we play is never going to help him. Or both.
Swansea are well organised but they haven't been that great. Defensively I think we make them look good tbh.
Rooney is a fcking mess. Adds nothing to our attack and gives away possession all the fcking time. Rooney is actually building Swansea's confidence going forward
As I said in the Brugge thread, we'll get fewer chances against Swansea and we can't be as wasteful as we were against Brugge. We have been. The football from us can only be described as pedestrian. If we actually played an English game we would be winning this. Beginning to despise what Van Gaal is doing.
It is obvious the game needs a goal. Hopefully it is us to score but if the swans then they should score early so that United have the chance to change their game plan and play a more forward game. They must play quicker and take greater risks going forward.
Why do we need a goal from them to do that. It's fcking insane what LVG is doing. He's a grade A prick I'm afraid...and I include his fck up in buying a striker and a number of other things in that.
In a lifetime of supporting United, this is the first time I can confidentally say we have no chance of scoring.
