Not sure we made them look world beaters , imo they looked very ordinary and now my new hated team. Their game plan was conceding niggly freekicks kicking the ball way generally slowing down our game (not that we needed much help with that aspect of the game) , taking an age for Goal kicks etc down which the ref allowed to continue . Fisher had little to do and . We beat your selves rather than the opposition , 3 very good chances in the first s half and a few more in the second made it all the more disappointing to lose .No one to take the game forward and a non existent captain (in name and deed) , no one woilling to run the channesl , j best for me was Wolf who tried to make things happen , Christie good first half but disappeared in the second. There's too many negatives atm to make me think we're much better than our current position in the table
Absolutely agree Matt. I thought Luton were very ordinary and Fisher must have thought he was having a walk in the park until the goal which we should have defended better. There were lots of niggly 'ankle tapping' fouls from them. For the moment they have replaced Brentford as my team to dislike especially after that plonker Nathan Jones ran into the stand after the game to celebrate!
