Afraid I started early 1 bottle down already, even the mrs has joined me so Leeds must be doing something right. Still thinking about Big Jack affected me more than I expected.
My first thought after the game and daring to dream we are virtually over the line was how sad it is that so many Leeds greats are not here to witness it
It's ok for us as fans to think like that, as long as the players stick to the one game at a time mantra. Really nothing much has changed...we're still potentially 2 defeats from being 3rd and obviously we've now entered into the 'no time to bounce back territory.' We also face the clubs with the 24th and 22nd worst away PPG averages in our last 2 home games. So definitely reasons to be cheerful but can't and won't relax unitl it's done
Thank goodness Kiko got suspended. Otherwise there would be no way that Meslier would have got more than the one appearance against Arsenal, and we'd have no ide how good he was. Bielsa has been brilliant, but I'm wondering how many talented youngsters we have missed out on blooding into the first team?
Didn't notice at the time, but Meslier ran the whole length of the pitch to celebrate with Pablo, that's team spirit for you.
Casilla will be available for Derby on Saturday. His last game was away to Middlesbrough. He then missed Hull and Huddersfield, and the 5 games since the season restarted.
And no doubt someone would mention that it would have been 26 if we had played anyone but paddy up front
There is a negative today. I have screwed my throat up from shouting after the goal. Wife seems happy though.
Oh and get Kiko back in goal. This is turning in to a procession. Very unleedslike! Kiko would stir it up again.
