That is worrying. I'd have hoped he had a system of some sort, even if the players were still adapting.
Sticking with original instinct after that brizzle boyo confused me Glad in busy fibreglassing a roof today instead of watching that lot !
I have no idea what’s going on at your club at the moment but I was very surprised by your performance, it wasn’t a typical Swansea one I’m use to seeing, so surprised how we completely dominated the majority of the game. officials are still useless though, thought you could have had a penalty with the Naismith hand ball and I thought that was a red card not a yellow for Naughton but hey ho, good luck for the rest of the season
Doing a proper job. Love a bit of fibreglassing. How may layers of matting did you go with? and did you use 600gm matting?
Luckily, the Cardiff game is in a fortnight, but with a 7:45pm kick off on Saturday evening, there is every prospect of us being bottom of the table come kick off time. With the number of defenders signed during this window, it strikes me that Duff must had thought that our defence needed a root and branch change: well with 2 weeks before the Cardiff match, he needs to blend all these new recruits together so that they will be “tight as a drum” come the trip up the M4. He also needs to decide on his best midfield, best attack and best formation. It’s time for some big calls by Duff - if he doesn’t get things right soon, he might not be here come October ….. Having spent so much cash - in relative terms - the Yanks and Watson won’t want a relegation battle ….
Well i have to say guys that was probably our best performance of the season. Certainly nice to see us hitting the onion bag-even if they were disallowed. Thought both sides should have had penalty's and your guy should have been sent of. Long way to go for both teams -can all change. Who would have thought Boro would be bottom.
It's a flat roof nev, 2 layers 450g-c.s.m with summer cat mix. Plus a bay I built and resin coated today too. Top coating em tomorrow cos to hot n knackered to finish em off this evening. Hope brizzle defeat is rock bottom for the season, and duff cobbles together an effective defence out of the limited talent he's got to pick from now ?
Apparently Duff was quoted saying: “There’s no getting away from it. It’s an important game. But it’s not the be all and end all. I’d rather win promotion and get beat by Cardiff twice. People might not like that. But we need to go and give a better account of ourselves. We need to show more fight, more spirit, more doggedness. That will give us a chance of getting a result.” Dave Jones used to say something similar when he was at Cardiff - rarely worked for them
When I first moved to Fareham I used to go out to repair any of our filters. I could be in a filter all day laying up matting start off with a 300, then onto a 600 then on the joints a weave matting then top off with another 600. Then top it off with a gel coat. The funny part was my second day on the job I did a site visit to of all places Penlan LC.
...and this week's guest publication is Fibreglass Matting Monthly. Swantastic sticks 450g matting up his .......what?
Next week is, how to build a reinforced concrete slab. Just done one for what the wife thinks is a summer house but really is a man cave with a bar.
