Very dissapointing game today, we don't seem to have the pace we used to have ,and the opposition seem to have more time to fall back and cover up. .... Also think we miss that Gallagher (not sure of spelling). guy from Chelsea, as a creator. ...... Let's hope that we get somebody in, and improve on today's showing.
Genuine question. Like Glax I was out. Was it a typical 0-0 = less than 5 on target either side or was it something like 4-4-2 so both sides nullified each other?
They came for a draw hoping to nick a goal and us as we've all said have very little goal threat and it showed today . Huff and puff with very little creativity. our best chance was a shot from Guehi which the keeper saved
We played with 3 CBs - missing pace, width and a striker..... think I wrote that numerous times last season. Cooper obviously can’t see it .....
It seems we are more afraid of losing matches than trying to win them, with the present team set up. We badly need someone who knows where the goal is. We have not replaced Brewster and that ship sailed long ago, so why can’t we do the obvious if we’re skint and get another loanee striker. It cost us two home points yesterday. Maybe we should have asked Cambridge United of League 2 to play against Brum on our behalf, they beat them the other day at their place in the Cup. Before last week’s home win against Brentford, Birmingham had gone 17 games without a win.
Fair point about Brum’s recent record although with Karanka now in charge, they will (and are) a stronger outfit
I don't think I would argue with this https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport...s/theres-gaping-rhian-brewster-sized-18970823
