You are now looking at one incident and you have a point. I also understand the point about making your own luck. In other words, if the players weren't in dangerous areas pushing for a goal then it would never have happened. I get all that. For that reason alone Arsenal deserved the points. But when you break it down if you look at deflected shots, looping ricochets off shins, misplaced bad headers and so on, the ball could just as easily have gone somewhere else. That's random, that's luck and nobody can control it.
It wont be too difficult considering we are -26 at the moment. -4 goals in 5 games when we have been averaging -3 lately. More likely we will be closer to -40 the rate we are going. Liverpool, Chelsea nad Man City can easily put 3 passed us each!!
