Linekers job is a presenter that introduces matches and he puts his views across just like the rest of the panel....there is no impartiality involved at all and is only a discussion on how individuals see things including Lineker...pgf

 

That's fine, but the more he is biased towards one Club, the more I will regard him as a Leicester happy clapping prick

 

Anyone who supports lower league clubs are seen as more honest supporters and are given respect. I imagine if Jeff Stirling was a fan of one of the top four clubs it would be quite irritating.

 

So your logic then when Hartson praises the Swans as the club he supports on tv then he is a prick..

Harston also slams the Swans when needs be. That's where people have respect for Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher. They praise Utd/Pool when the occasion deems so but go to town on them when they deserve it too. That's the difference, they remain balanced.

 

I think the difference here is being a pundit like John or Shearer as opposed to being the host like Lineker.

 

Lineker I have always viewed as prejudiced little upstart, you can see that he gives Swansea praise through grated teeth, the guy is so plastic, you would be seriously backward not to see it.........

Personally I don't give a toss about what any of them says and I don't watch any of it. I'll fast forward to the highlights of the Swans match and that's it - I put something else on after that. I don't care what they have to say about any match. Their opinion is no more valid than mine.
