Match Day Thread Swansea City 1 v 2 Watford

Only the conversation with Munich fans the weekend before last.
Mentioned elsewhere on here.
But they were genuinely shocked we paid to take him.
And, conspiracy theory - if he's still "useless' Bayern can point to Swansea as being the reason so the German club doesn't get it in the neck for wasting money.

But, it was the weekend of the opening of Oktoberfest, there were many people in lederhosen and traditional frauein dresses, Bayern had just won 4 - 0 and it was all a bit racy (in a bad way) one bloke was referring to Sanches as a 'kartoffelpuffer' ... not nice.

 

Sanches was valued at £60m not that long ago so he must have something to offer.....Whether Clem can bring something out of him is another question.

 

That seems to translate as 'potato pancake'. There's worse things to be called, isn't there?

 

Sanchez, a potato pancake? bloke must have been a right Nazi . What he means is, he thinks Sanchez is a slouch.

Don't be daft... not recommended... my wife makes great kartoffelpuffers!!! I like them with apple sauce but many like it with smoked salmon and/or cream cheese.
