    If we come close to our last two home performances against Man City I will be more than hopeful Clement is the man to take us forward.

    Swansea 1-3 Man City
    City scored a third on the break as we were looking for an equaliser.
    Manchester City were top of the league and looking uneatable.

    Close game with us putting them under pressure again looking to get an equaliser.
    (Our stiffs against their £400 million team - who played)

    Hopefully. Better that he does take us forward than looking for a new manager isn't it?
    Let's see what January brings. I'm not optimistic. I long for the time when David Villa was being mentioned in the same sentence as us.

    I have absolutely no expectations at all so I don't feel any pressure, its like a day off and I get to see, arguably, the best premier league football team ever perform in my own back yard. Now I know what it felt like when the Harlem Globe Trotters came to town,

    Best teams can lose as well if they dont field the right team and underestimate their opposition.....It happens all the time in football.....I doubt it will happen but you never know and a draw would be a good result......Our defence have improved and i'm sure with Bony's new found confidence he will want to score against a team that did not want him.....never say never....

    I see Palace have placed us back at the foot of the table, after their win against Watford last night, and I see Burnley are 4th in the table, Cork must be over the moon he doesn't have to play for a bunch of losers any more, which will not change with clueless Clement still in charge..............<ok>

    We are what we are i'm afraid....The worst club in the premiership and deserve everything we get.......We have had a better than first expected run in the premiership and now it's our turn.....Self inflicted maybe but our turn all the same and deserved...Not by the fans who have supported the club with admiration but with the chairman and Americans who deserve everything coming to them...

    I really dont understand why Ayew is getting the nod ahead of Abraham. If its to play him out wide then surely Narsingh would be the better choice? Either way, its madness.
