Pascoe wasn't a bad midfielder in his time Vetch, but I took my oldest boy to watch the reserves a good number of times, over the last few seasons, and there was never any shape to Pascoe's team ever! It's worrying when Rodgers has him as his assistant coach........ <ok>

Agreed. Rodgers has to get someone with some pedigree in as a number two. Pascoe is rubbish.

I like pascoe, he is a Swansea City man through and through, his comments in regards to qpr is right on the money.

Being a Swansea man through and through doesn't win games, or make you a coach or Manager, nobody would doubt he's a Jack, and if you've watched his coaching of the reserves over the years, you'd know his limitations, not too mention he's as quite as a church mouse on the touchline, sorry but Pascoe doesn't do it for me, and it's worrying he's at Rodgers side, surely that position should go to someone with greater experience?............... <ok>

If that's true how come our reserves have been so crap, over the time he's been in charge? they bare no resemblance of the first team, and there is no possession game whatsoever, it's treated like an amateur knock about, and anyone who's watched will tell you the same! I see that Curtis has taken over, I pity help him, with the mess he's been left by Pascoe............ <ok>

I have made this point several times in the past. Surely this is too important a position not to have the best you can get in there. I'm sure that Pascoe is a loyal Swan but I totally agree with those who say that that is not enough to justify his position.

This is a highly professional game these days with millions of pounds at stake. We have got a very decent manager and we need a top No 2 to assist him. I don't think that Pascoe qualifies as such.

It's down to the quality of those reserve players, not a lot can be done if they are not very good. How many games have we won and lost this season ? Seen only a couple of games admittedly but of those games I thought the team were like headless chickens. We need to clear players out in the summer.
