I think it's harder than most fans imagine. Ref can't see replays and don't always get a great view. They should do better, but it's not as easy as fans think. What's clear from TV may look totally different to the ref.

Agree. But fans can sometimes see what refs can't. Easy to see what's right when you have something replayed from different angles. Different when you see it once from maybe a not so good angle.
