You never have time to post about Monk vetch , your too busy with the dull roar about Laudrup , much like me about Jenkins .
Like I said in my post , except for Monks 10 games at the start of his reign and his last 10 games , I'm ok with Monk the manager .
I just don't like him personally

As far as Monk is concerned -tis not over till the fat lady sings, and that will be next May,24 more games ! If he is still with us.

Monk looks like in aged in a few weeks , and I'll tell you why imo.
Anyone who watches Monks preview interviews knows he has a pecking order with the journalists.
There are a few male journalists who get the majority of time for questions and at the end of the pecking order is a female journalist.
That was up till the preview interview for the Bournmouth game when suddenly the female journalist led the line of questioning with a majority of time .When one of the male journalists finally got a chance he started asking a few tough questions and Monk became a bit angry in response .
Now in this Leicester preview interview the only person to ask ANY question during the interview was the female journalist , asking gentle questions basically, first time I seen one person only asking the questions.
The absence of any other journalists being , I assume , "Allowed " to ask any questions is written all over Monk's face ...

I'm surprised to see that you have fallen into the trap re Laudrup, and "the dull roar".
I cannot remember the last time I posted about him. Not much point, anyway, since our mod used to close any thread I opened that even so much as mentioned him.
It's others that have raised the spectre of Laudrup, and since most,if not all,of what they wrote was of a poisonous, blinkered, and generally inaccurate nature,I would put them right.
Now if you consider that kind of action on my part to have been " a dull roar",then so be it.
I make no apology for having defended the man, since he needed/needs defending.

You are quite correct, however, when you point out that I never have time to post about Monk.
Others were filling up the forum with their bloated, idiotic posts,so any words from me would have been seen as "antagonistic bullshit".

It's interesting to see how Monk's ardent followers now want him gone - YESTERDAY.
It's also interesting to note that I am not among them.

Hey sfb,why don't YOU go and **** yourself.

What's the matter, still smarting from the caning I gave you when you carefully doctored a sentence of mine, removed two words, and capitalised them, trying to make a cheap point?

What time of the day I get up is none of your ****ing business. So it's better if you get a life, since checking up on me seems to occupy this one.

Sorry,Musty, but I have not called for Monk to be removed. I'm probably one of the only regular posters who hasn't.

The interesting thing is that his most ardent admirer's,i.e.,those who tipped him for Prime Minister,Pope,King,House of Lords,etc.,etc.,etc.,are now looking rather foolish.
"Monk out", would now seem to be their clarion call.
Of course,I could say,"I told you so",since I forecast that this would happen,a long time ago. History repeating. <cheers>

Disappointed in you. What are you afraid of?

Leicester will probably win. Should that happen, this forum will explode with a lot of anti Monk sentiment, but none from me.

And why shouldn't they explode into anti Monk sentiment after a dozen games with a single win .
Did you expect it to explode into anti Monk sentiment after our highest finish last season in the Premier ?
Like you say "The Times are a changing " and so are the sentiments of Monk's imput toward the team so ...so are fans sentiment toward Monk ...it ain't rocket surgery vetch.

I am actually dreading going to the game tomorrow, I love the swans but watching them now is a borefest, I have never felt like not going until now, even when I was watching the **** that was thrown at us in L2.or should I say the 4th Division. Lets hope for a change in performance and fortune tomorrow, how ever I doubt that is possible.

I am going for a 2-0 Leicester win and hopefully a sacking by the weekend.

I find it quite hilarious the way many football followers change their minds, behaviour, and allegiances at the drop of a hat.

But as some sages would have us believe - "that's football". <ok>
