this is not about liverpool this is about BRENDAN..there are plenty of jacks that post littlle snippets when ever possible slagging our last manager off forgetting everything he done for us. Now just with the amount of reps i received in 3 hours putting you right and dismissing your bitter myths about brendan tells you there are more who dont agree with the few posters on here and i am right to praise Brendan. He dont deserve the crap you children are giving him and as long as it goes on then you can bet your life i will come on here and shoot you all down in flames. so remember now kids ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH LIVERPOOL even though you forget what they done in the past for us its about B.R.E.N.D.A.N ....
Ivor before the season started, I stated we'd finish between 10th and 7th, and nothing has changed my mind on that, though we are collecting more points this season than last, and are not relying on a plan A only, as was the case under Brenda. The Club have given our squad an £8 Million bonus if they achieve a top 6 finish? Interesting that, and something apparently the Scousers want to emulate, seems Brenda keeps looking back at Swansea for inspiration, but then maybe he's realised that Laudrup is the master, who can teach the apprentice a thing or two. I do think that as the business end of the season hots up, you'll see us go up a cog, rather than fizzling out the way we did under Brenda, which brings me to DiaScousers posts on this thread. What Dai knows regarding the great game can be written on a postage stamp, and he clearly gets a lift from seeing the Scousers one point above us, but that will change very soon, and DaiScouser will disappear the way he usually does. Rodger the dodger isn't fit to lace the boots of Laudrup, enough said, sit down Dai, your making the place look untidy!.....................
This thread had got Fcuk all to do with Looserpool or Brendan blarney It's about where the Swans will finish !!!
Then stop mentioning them and him. This is a thread created to discuss where we will finish the season and you derail it by discussing your 'lover' and his club. If you want to discuss them then $od off to their board While we are at it though, I would like to thank Liverpool for taking BR off our hands as its the best thing that could have happened.
Dai you made it about Liverpool from post #10, is it any wonder people are rounding up on you and your allegiance to that team and Brendan. I am sure almost all swans fans appreciate what he did for us like Roberto. But we don't need to hear about it in every post mate. I defended your right to post which I still do, but keep it to topic and about our club if you can, it does get a little boring your love affair, I can predict what you are going to say next, and I'm almost certain I know what you'll say in reply.
Liverpool actually have less points now than they did this time last season!! That's progress. Sir Mike Laudrup's Swansea >>>>>>> Brenda's Swansea No disrespect to Liverpool fans, but when Mike decides to move on it will probably be to a more significant club than Liverpool.
The point is this! Clearly all Jacks have moved on from 'Brenda the Tea Lady', but clearly one Jack has still got a crush on her, did she flash her knickers at you Dai or what!.................
Monty could you look to see how points the swans had after this many games last season ? Was looking on my phone but can't see anything. Thanks
On the 31st January 2012 Swansea City had played 23 games and had accumulated a grand total of 27 points under Brenda! No surprise there then.......... PS: Life after the Blarney wind bag has gone, is so, so beautiful, Up yours Dai!..................
Oh dear, big mistake calling me a muppet. Typical of you Dai, reverting to type and starting with the insults. Well you and your little band of fcukwits can do one. I point to the above post where you started with the personal insults. If anyone's a muppet it's you. It's not just me now that can see you're no Jack. You're one of the bin dippers and its plain for all to see so why don't you just piss off to their board
So that sort of says it all really then, we've progressed as a club this season, and the change of manager has been beneficial to us. It also underlines the fact that Laudrup is a better manager in his 6 months in the premier league than Brendan was in his. Will be interesting to see if we get beyond 47 points this season
Any stat lovers out there who can tell me how the table would look if every team continued their form so far? I will settle for just knowing the swans points total
This is the table at the end of January http://www.swanseacity-mad.co.uk/snapshot_tables/2011_2012/31/jan/swansea_city/index.shtml
And yes I am aware it will look exactly the same as it does now, just want to have a general look at where safety would be as I believe we achieved that at around march last year!
Thanks I remember us being stuck on 29 points last season and just couldn't get to 30 for ages it seemed.
Last season Liverpool finished on 52 points, giving them a finish of 8th in the table?? But Everton finished 7th on 56 points, which is where my best prediction finds us finishing!! Happy days aye.................... please log in to view this image
