I welcome all the morons from other clubs dead boards on here, they have nobody else to talk to,they must consider LCFC the big club in this league, they are right...im having a fiver on bristol to win a home game before the new year...the racial remarks from our visitors say more about them than anybody else,as a wum its feeble,it really is... no wit or subtlety...lads come up with something better when your balls drop.
I was actually being serious about my post! My post is not a WUM nor am i, or ever will be a rascist. Yes i see you as a big team, that i will not lie. But when i read such tosch it annoys me!
I haven't gone through the whole of this thread, so apologies if this has already been mentioned, but you do realise that you've picked up one fewer number of away points as we (Saints) have (7 from 6 games vs 8 from 6 games). Averaging more than one point per away game is not a bad thing, so I don't quite know what the complaining is about. Win your home games, draw your away games - that equates to 2 points per game, which equates to 92 points per season, which equates to almost certain automatic promotion. The fact that you're currently outside of the play-offs, let alone outside of the automatic positions, suggests to me that you should be looking closer to home (quite literally!) for the answer. I believe that you've lost at home to Bristol City and Reading? Now regardless of circumstances, I think your answer lies in there.
Our first 2 home games against Reading and Bristol City were dire, but since those 2 we've played well at home and won all 3, whereas our away performances have gone the other way. When Saints came to us you played good football and tried to win the game. We are simply not trying to win away from home and if we had been we'd have been in the play-off places now. This theory about win your home games draw your away games makes mathematical sense but in reality makes little. I get the feeling Sven is taking it too literally - trying to win at home and then trying to draw away. The truth is that a negative style of play doen't suit us, and it's this attitude that led to us losing yesterday. Also you must remember that because we lost those 2 home games, we will need to win some away. In fact every promotion chasing side needs to win some away games, but showing no desire to isn't good enough. And the bottom line is, Southampton might be happy with draws away when they are top of the league, but when you are 13th it's a different story!
I don't think we set out to draw yesterday. Same set up as it was against Derby and I just don't think we had the rub of the green, Vassell and Nugent both had off days and we sorely missed Wellens' passing. I think we'll be fine, only Leicester fans would complain this much after a bad result just off the back of a 4-0 win against our rivals!
hAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHH 20 MILLION WORTH OF CRAPPPP,AS ULRIKA SAID SVEN YOUR THE RICHEST OLD TWAT IVE EVER BEEN ON HAHAAHAHAHASHAHAH
what does the dhss at leicester have in common with its towns team?no one english to be seen hahahaahahahaahahahaahahaah SCUM
I think that Birmingham made it difficult for us 1st half because they set up their midfield 4 very narrow to combat our diamond and that is why they didn't offer much themselves going forward as they were so intent on stopping us. 2nd half, they did start to open up more and I think that would have let us attack them more and we would have had more space but the game was changed by the red card and that meant Birmingham could pick us off easier on the break as shown by Wood's goal. I can understand why we are being more pragmatic away from home because last season we were open both home and away and our home record was good but away record abysmal so it was clear we couldn't play like that this season. It's all about getting the right balance and I think we do need to be more constructive rather than destructive but that will come in time and there is still plenty of the season left and we don't need to be playing perfect football every week at this stage of the season but we should be picking up more points when we are on top of games. I think we do need more invention in the side and we have the players capable in the squad and I hope Sven learns from this and learns that attack can sometimes be the best form of defence. But had we won yesterday we would have been 5th so I think we need some perspective here and must stop all this doomsday talk (and I'm not referring to you Emilio) and calling for Sven's head every time we lose or draw.
What you on a Leicester board for... and why are you Hull fans so obsessed with us. You wouldn't get somebody as good as Sven in a million years lol
Yes I would much rather take Nigel Pearson, the man who's one honour as a manager is winning League 1 with a team too good for it...
