    Do you mean Rad & Monk or Rad and Cellino? If he isn't backed with players he has identified as being an improvement on what we already have, can't see many Leeds fans blaming Monk at all - he has openly stated what he wants, let's see if we get it. By Tuesday I would hope for an official announcement on Jannson being permanent whether it be now or in the summer (because we have paid a loan fee summer may be cheaper) and a minimum of one (preferably two or three) of Monks targets arriving.

    If Monk is not backed he has every right to refuse to sign a contract or walk - his stock has never been higher and he has acted with dignity throughout.

    On a slightly different note and with no disrespect to any team, including Sutton, with the results yesterday and a potentially favourable draw in the next round, I wonder if he will go for a strong team today. Top two highly unlikely anyway so if I were in his shoes I may have a bit of a gamble in the cup! Increased profile and revenue vs a handful of extra games has to be worth it??

    I doubt Monk will start with his strongest team because he wouldn't want to risk any injuries. But expect the likes of Wood & Hernandez to come on if we've not sown the game up with half ah hour to play
