I'm not covering any bases ........ I'm saying that there are various degrees of 'attack' from physical to verbal.
It's OK, don't trouble yourself trying to follow ........ I've made my point and don't need to repeat it.
Your 'to one degree or another' can't possibly be used to modify the meaning of the words 'supporters' and 'players' to make them singular. You 'specifically' used the plural of the nouns to try and add a bit of hype to your post but you have ended up being inaccurate. Stop digging, be more accurate in future and stick to the facts.
We were linked with him last season - isn't a panic signing or anyhing. Nigel has never said anything about any prospective signing before the club ever announced interest - almost as if he is only a coach and not in charge of transfers...
This ... Nigel didn't comment on similar press reported bids for McGoldrick or Deeney either to my knowledge ... in fact the only time I recall a pre-deal comment was on McCarthy when the deal 'fell through., ...
... who knows, presumably for similar reasons to why we didn't sign Deeney, McGodrick and Slimani ... the clubs involved not wanting to sell - Okazaki went on to have another good season with Mainz ...
This is my point. Did the club bring someone in that made him kick off? I'm only asking the question. I believe his sons actions were the straw that broke the camel's back but I can't help think that the Okazaki signing was the penultimate one
How would it be? We have been after Okazaki since the last transfer window http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/30792370 I remember Pearson being asked about him by the likes of Stringer then and him gaving his usual neutral reply that he gives for every transfer. He isn't in charge of transfers so why would Okazaki - an established international that has played at the highest level for years - set him off over the likes of Vardy - an unestablished player that has been playing at the lowest level for years - or every other signing we have ever made? Why can't you believe that defending his racist whoremongering son not a good enough reason to be sacked on top of everything else he did over last season? - is he related to you or something as you have a very rose tinted view of him.
This is all getting a bit pointless now - he has gone - the club obviously felt there were grounds for dismissal and it was obviously not based on results by the very end ... The reaction on other boards is quite damning of Nigel Pearson - to paraphrase - he seems to be seen as both arrogant and ignorant and having brought his dismissal on himself by his actions and outbursts ... It is understandable that many Leicester City fans see him differently to such perception - the moot question is to consider how we might view a rival manager at another club getting the sack under the same set of circumstances? ...
Read the post you quoted to answer the last few questions. I'm not talking about speculation. Even after we signed Okazaki I found it odd that Pearson had nothing to say about the deal.
Think you are reading too much into things .. I think these firmly put to bed any notion that Okazaki was broght in against Nigel Pearson's wishes ... http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/450452/Leicester-7m-swoop-Japan-striker-Shinji-Okazaki http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2892...ial-leicester-city-to-sign-okazaki-from-mainz http://www.leicestermercury.co.uk/L...apan-striker/story-26606915-detail/story.html http://www.totalfootballforums.com/forums/topic/95370-leicester-city-confirm-shinji-okazaki-signing/
