Like marknemo, I am neither particularly surprised nor dismayed by this news, if news it is. I said some time ago on an earlier thread that I thought Vaughan was at a crucial point in his career, and that he couldn't afford another year not playing regularly. Our glowing opinions of him are based on nothing more than a belief in his potential if fit, and what we have seen in a mere handful of games. It's ridiculous to question CH's judgement on the basis of that.
