well simply put had evra made a point to suarez that using that term is not actually accpetbale the first time he said it... or then on the 5th time said it to the ref so it'd be in his report... or even onthe 10th occasion then fine. but to keep your mouth shut then ask for video evidence at the end fo the game after saying it to french tv certainly has me thinking perhaps genuine offense was not tkaen in the manner that makes one angry but a cold and calculating ploy was played out. the type of "right I'll have you" or "keep talking" phrase may have ran through evra's head and if you put the previous case where microphones or groundsmen over heard in the mix you kind of see a case where the guy who could have stood up for himself if he'd wanted to merely decided to play the game after the final whistle instead. One does have to wonder if it is merely a case of superb self control on his part given the count he could provide of use of said phrase or was it more. Either way one does have to again wonder why did he go to french TV and not the ref? surely if one were smart enough to be building a case, or a trap depending on point of view then one would build that case first on the pitch by saying it to the ref and then repeat it in the tunnel before any run to TV. At least that way the refs report would HAVE to include the "evra said but i didn't hear" type phrase once the TV stroy came out. Refs will cover themselves after all.. Due to the fact none of this actually occurred I think people need to step back and stope btoh defending suarez and accusing evra and merely conclude there are 3 possible outcomes. 1. the FA believe suarez carried out a deliberate racial slight to gain advantage. 2. The Fa believe suarez caused offense not on purpose but culturally it was unacceptable 3. The FA believe a misunderstanding took place that a simple conversation could have sorted out. Given the FA have formally charged Suarez 1&2 are clearly the front runners at this point. in the end you have 3 different cultures meeting here and the Fa may take the view that the clubs need to educate thier new arrivals on the "english" way so that it should have been avoided. In the end once charges were laid either the Fa will warn suarez indicating point 2 is thier thoughts or ban him whihc hopefully points to point 1 above. a ban in my view must stem from evidence and strong beleif it was deliberate not be a pc brush to promote the campaign as that will only harm it.
