Portsmouth, Southampton, Bournemouth and Brighton All in one league will definitely bring the Championship to the coast!

good day everyone first post

myself i would love to see us all in the same division and just see who is the best on the pitch going on just league form

Anyone else remember last game of the 86/87 promotion season against Sheff Utd? Nearly getting crushed in the Fratton End and having to climb up to the top level(that had been closed for safety reasons). I started the game in the lower Fratton End, then top, then moved to the North, then South, then Milton end, ended up on the pitch infront of the Fratton end.

I think I was there and we lost 3-1...

We had a hard team then
1 Alan Knight
2 Kenny Swain
3 Paul Hardyman
4 Kevin Dillon
5 Noel Blake
6 Billy Gilbert
7 Kevin O'Callaghan
8 Mick Kennedy
9 Paul Mariner
10 Micky Quinn 1 *
10 Mick Tait s
11 Vince Hilaire

West Brom have been going up and down for a while, and I reckon they are secretly getting rich off it somehow. I haven't worked it out yet.

It is as if they have a well written plan to surprise everybody in a few years with some mega bucks player purchases. Christ knows where they are putting all of the money that they are getting cos they don't seem to spend a great deal.

The team had been out in midweek celebrating the promotion. It certainly showed that day!

Tbh can't remember much of the game, too busy getting moved everywhere by the old bill, just remember it was my cousins birthday the night before, he got nicked for d&d, made it to the match with about 5 mins to spare. Then going back home about 40 of us in the local park on the bevvy celebrating till about 5 am, happy days.
