By that do you mean we lost to them in the last game of the season at the Vetch Field meaning they stayed in the football league?

I dunno if we can claim that we were the catalyst for their success. It was quite a few years after we got out of the bottom divisions, that they started their rise up.
 
Yes. Also, it was only 2 seasons later that they got out of Div 2.

But I was more interested as to whether a "Supporter on the Board" could work for us.
